Hey guys.
The Annual Interact Conference is gonna be held on the
10th to the
13th of December; which is a Thursday to a Sunday. It will be held at the INTI University College, Persiaran Perdana BBN, Putra Nilai, 71800, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.The payment fee is
RM 150. This includes accommodation for the three days of the conference, as well as breakfast, lunch, tea breaks, dinner, and supper; so you're definitely gonna get your Malaysian-average of 5 meals a day.
There are only
800 seats available for the conference, and the registration period is only from the
15th of September to the
20th of November, so guys, please, please do not hesitate to register.
There will be a dress code. But it's basically the same as usual;
no slippers, sandals, mini skirts, sleeveless shirts or shorts will be allowed during the conference.
Do bring your Interact Uniform, and several changes of clothes, for there will be some outdoor activities that will be held. Also, if you wanna sleep tight over there, bring a blanket, pillow, your own personal toiletries, and some bathroom slippers. Seriously. University dorm toilets are not clean. And please, don't bring some fluffy white slippers, bring rubber ones.
Transportation will not be provided by the way. Unless you can hitch a ride with someone who's also going, then you're gonna have to get that map out and figure out where the place is. Or, you could opt to take a bus instead.
One passport sized photo must also be attached to the registration form, to be used for your name tag. So look your best, folks.
And speaking of registration forms, all those in the B.O.D should have their own copy, but if you; i.e: the one currently reading this, are a member of the Interact Club, you can come too. Just contact anyone from the board, and we will forward the registration form to you. :)
